Cost

The early registration workshop fee is £420. The completed registration form and workshop fee must be received March 14, 2010 (Registration after this date can be considered only under special circumstances). The workshop fee includes lunch and coffee as well as the relevant materials on the days of the workshop but not travel to or accommodation and incidental expenses in London.

Special reduced fees may be available to registered NGOs and non-profits. Unfortunately we are unable to offer scholarships.

Payment to be made by bank transfer. Credit card payment incurs a 6% surcharge.

Details for payment will be sent to you upon registration submission.

Cancellation

All fees must be paid in full in advance of the workshop; cancellation up to two months before the workshop date will incur no cost other than bank transfer fees; cancellation six weeks prior to the workshop date will incur a cost of 30% of the fee plus bank costs. Cancellation less than four weeks before the workshop will incur a cost of 50% of the fee plus bank costs. A no-show will incur full fee retention.

Please note: the organisers reserve the right to cancel (by email) the workshop up to four weeks before the workshop date, in which case all workshop payments will be returned in full.
